It is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients, and should be formulated at a pH >7 to prevent crystallization. It has an excellent photostability and safety profile. It is well known in the industry that Sunsafe-ES can lead to a tremendous SPF boost, especially in combination with Polysilicone-15 but also with all other available sun filters combinations. Sunsafe-ES can be used for water-based transparent sunscreen products such as gels or clear sprays.
