Application

Carbomer is an important thickener. It is a high polymer crosslinked by acrylic acid or acrylate and allyl ether. Its components include polyacrylic acid (homopolymer) and acrylic acid / C10-30 alkyl acrylate (copolymer). As a water-soluble rheological modifier, it has high thickening and suspension properties, and is widely used in coatings, textiles, pharmaceuticals, construction, detergents and cosmetics.

Carbomer is a nanoscale acrylic acid resin, swelling with water, adding a small amount of mixture (such as triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide), the formation of high transparent coagulation, Carbomer different models on behalf of different viscosity, short rheological or long rheological said.

Uni-Carbomer 934 is a crosslinked acrylic polymer that is a water-soluble rheological thickener with short rheology (no trickle) .Uni-Carbomer 934 is a daily chemical high viscosity thickening agent, has excellent stability in high viscosity, can form a thick formulation, carbomer 934 transparency is not high. And is widely used in opaque gels, creams and emulsions.

Advice
1. The recommended usage is 0.2-1.0wt %
2. Spread the polymer evenly in the medium while stirring, but avoid agglomeration. Stir it sufficiently to disperse it
3. High-speed shearing or stirring should be avoided after neutralization to reduce viscosity loss
