PromaCare LD2-PDRN is an extract of intercellular polysaccharides and DNA fragments from palmate kelp. Early coastal fishermen discovered that crushed kelp has the special ability to promote skin moisture retention and anti-inflammatory. In 1985, the first marine drug sodium alginate was invented and put into production. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, moisturizing and other functions, making it have a bright future in the field of biomedical research. As a cosmetic and pharmaceutical raw material, PDRN is widely used in medical beauty, daily chemical products, health foods and other fields. PromaCare LD2-PDRN is a fucoidan & deoxyribonucleic acid complex extracted from Laminaria japonica through a rigorous purification process and has high safety and stability.
PromaCare LD2-PDRN binds to adenosine A2A receptor to initiate multiple signaling pathways that increase anti-inflammatory factors, reduce inflammatory factors, and inhibit inflammatory responses. Promote fibroblast proliferation, EGF, FGF, IGF secretion, reshape the internal environment of damaged skin. Promote VEGF to generate capillaries, supply nutrients for repairing skin and discharge aging substances. By providing purine or pyrimidine as a remedial pathway, it speeds up DNA synthesis and allows skin to regenerate rapidly.
1. Compound stability
Alginate oligosaccharides can completely (100%) inhibit lipid oxidation in emulsions, which is 89% better than ascorbic acid.
2. Anti-inflammatory properties
Brown oligosaccharide can bind to selectins, thereby blocking the migration of white blood cells to the infected area, thereby inhibiting the development of inflammation and largely alleviating the irritation.
3. Inhibit cell apoptosis, anti-oxidation
Brown alginate oligosaccharide can promote the expression of Bcl-2 gene, block the expression of Bax gene, inhibit the activation of caspase-3 induced by hydrogen peroxide, and block PARP cleavage, indicating its inhibitory effect in cell apoptosis.
4. Water retention
Brown oligosaccharide has the characteristics of a macromolecular polymer, which can satisfy both film-forming and supporting properties. Due to its uniform macromolecular distribution, it is also proven to have good water retention and film-forming properties.
