Polyepoxysuccinic Acid (PESA) 90%

Short Description:

Polyepoxysuccinic Acid (PESA) 90% is a phosphorus-free, non-nitrogen environmentally friendly water-soluble polymer that exhibits excellent scale inhibition and dispersion properties in water treatment. It can be used in cooling water systems under high alkaline, high hardness, and high pH conditions to achieve high concentration operation. Additionally, PESA finds extensive application in the textile printing and dyeing industry, where it enhances the boiling and refining process, reduces the impact of metal ions on product quality, protects fibers, improves whiteness, and eliminates yellowing.

Application

Introduction:

PESA is a multivariate scale and corrosion inhibitor with non-phosphorus and non-nitrogen. It has good scale inhibition and dispersion for calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium fluoride and silica scale, with effects better than those of ordinary organophosphines. When blended with organophosphates, the synergistic effects are obvious.

PESA has good biodegradability. It can be widely used in circulating cooling water systems in situations of high alkalinity, high hardness and high pH value. PESA can be operated at high concentration factors. PESA has good synergism with chlorine and other water treatment chemicals.

Usage:

PESA can be used in systems for oilfield makeup water, crude oil dehydration and boilers;

PESA can be used in circulating cooling water systems for steel, petrochemical, power plant, and pharmaceutical industries;

PESA can be used in boiler water, circulating cooling water, desalination plants, and membrane separation processes in situations of high alkalinity, high hardness, high pH value and high concentration factors;

PESA can be used in the textile printing and dyeing industry to enhance boiling and refining processes and protect fiber quality;

PESA can be used in the detergent industry.
