Actitide-3000 is mainly composed of two palmitoyl oligopeptides, palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7. Actitide-3000 shows a perfect effect from gene activation to protein remodeling. In vitro, the two oligopeptides showed a good synergistic effect in promoting the synthesis of type I collagen, fibronectin and hyaluronic acid.
